Due to the currently tense situation in relation with COVID-19 (Corona virus) and the issued regulations and set measures of our federal government in Austria in connection with it, we too feel obliged to make temporary organisational changes.
These changes mainly affect our reachability via telephone , wich, in line with our wanting to continue to provide continuous and effective support as your software partner will come into effect come Monday 16.03.2020, until further notice.
With these measures we are proactively reacting to possible personnel absence due to the situation, while at the same time making sure that our team’s strength remains focussed and, hence, are able to keep processing your concerns reliably and quickly, whether those be small or big projects or support requests.

Should it currently at times take longer to reach us on the phone, you naturally also have the possibility to voice your concerns via e-mail at any time at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, as well as via a contact form on our website (mgm| easycamp).
In doing so we are still available to you via phone in the mornings and, with these measures and focusing our strength, take care of your concerns all day long as usual. We will inform you as soon as our reachability via phone extends again.
We ask for your understanding for these measures and assure you at the same time that we are doing so to ensure highest support quality for our customers.
