We have another indirect company establishment in Germany, the OSY GmbH<\/a>. It is a strong partner and integrated in our company\u2019s construct. OSY functions as a companion to mgm software, via which we ultimately sell our business software mgm ERP as “OSY ERP”.<\/p>\n
